[vdr] VDR und 2.5 kernels?

Hello,

for a lots of more or less good reason I am using 2.5 kernels (for
example, in those DVB is included, ALSA and xfs also,...) and I would
find quiete good if I could simply compils new VDR directly against
/usr/src/linux/drivers/media/dvb without the need of anything else.

The best would be if the Makefile could check for kernel >= 2.5.45 and
in that case use /usr/src/linux/drivers/media/dvb and define NEWSTRUCT
by default.

Is something that way envisageable?
