[vdr] Workaround to use DXR3 as AC3 output device

Hi all,

for all who like to use the DXR3 as AC3 output device (for recordings with
AC3) I've found a workaround.

Get the autools package here :
http://www.tnt.uni-hannover.de/~purnhage/software/autools/

and The AFsp Audio File I/O Package (which is needed for the autools) here:
http://www.tsp.ece.mcgill.ca/Docs/Software/AFsp/AFsp.html

follow the Install instructions in the README of the autools to install
both the AFsp and the autools packages.

Start vdr (or runvdr) with the parameter: -a 'ac3spdif - - | plax -' and it
should work.

I call this a workaround cause ac3spdif encapsulate the AC3 frames in PCM
Frames and play them with plax. Therefore a slight latency will occur.

Maybe someone finds a better solution ..
