I have 3 ntsc consoles hooked up to the scart input on the tv so the tv
should be ok. I was thinking maybe it was the 5+ that was causing it since I
am using a dreamcast scart cable that had a resistor already. But I removed
the 5+ altogether and switched to AV manually on the tv with the same
effect. This is also the second ribbon cable I am trying as I thought the
first one was poor quality.
