[vdr] vdr2divx problem

Hi there!

Since I have updated to from vdr 1.0.4 to vdr 1.1.16 the vdr2divx scripts 
failed for all new records of vdr 1.1.16. 
Currently I'm using mencoder 0.90pre10 and vdr2divx 1.6.0pre1. You have to 
patch the scripts for working with this mencoder version since the -npp 
option has changed again. I've done this and some old records (with vdr 
1.0.4) can be encoded without problems.
Nevertheless, if I use the original vdr2divx scripts and mencoder 0.90pre9, I 
have the same problems with vdr 1.1.16. So the problem don't depend on my 
patch.
If I try to encode the vdr files (which are created by vdr 1.1.16) by hand 
with the simplest possible mencoder options (e. g. mencoder -oac mp3lame -ovc 
lavc 001.vdr -o test.avi), no errors occur.

But when I try to encode with the vdr2divx the following log is created:
(It seems that there is a problem to read from the stdin...)
