[vdr] @Klaus Schmidinger: Feature request - Power down confirmation

Hi,

using a multi-device IR-remote I often have the problem that the VDR-box is
shut down instead of the analogue receiver (my parents are a bit senile and
do not realize which device they control ...).

So I'd like to ask for a confimation-routine when pressing Power-down button
(maybe a additional press of OK?).
