[vdr] compile error RedHat 8 and dvb 0.9.4

Hi list,

i've got problems compliling the driver 0.9.4 undr a (nail 8-) new Red Hat 8.0:

dvb.c:3504:unknown field 'busy' specified in initializer

any ideas ?
