[vdr] Combining mplayer plugin and stream plugin.

Hi,

i would to ask to the stream plugin developer if it will be possible
in the future to stream contents played by mplayer plugin.
I mean: start to play a divx with the mplayer plugin and then stream
that video on the net.

Another option would be streaming directly files from
/video/plugins/mplayersources.conf using ffmpeg
but maybe this thing introduces dependences between plugins... and we
don't want that.
