[vdr] LiveBuffer & LiveAC3

Hi,

i just had the idea that if this "live buffer" (i.e. buffering the last
xx min of the live program) would be introduced, the problem of not
having AC3 in live mode would be solved "on the way" since buffer mode
will imho lead to transfer mode all the time.

Is this correct?
If yes who is working on it ;)?
