for me it seems there are problems not only on RTL but on RTL2 Super-RTL and 
VOX (all on 12188 H). 
normal recording and playing seems ok but fast forward or rewind and even stepping
to set the cut marker  wont work some times. 
The Picture is freezing during the counter runs...
playing with green and yellow a little brings the movie run again,
but cutting is unpossible in this movies..

anyone else with these effects ???
