[vdr] Re: converter coax <-> optical spdif out

As long as you just want to add an optical out to the DVB (i.e no
real "conversion" from coax to opto), you don't need any real
circuitry. Just add the TOTX directly to the DVB ;o))

You will need:

- Vcc (pin 2)
- Gnd (pin 10)
- Digital out (pin 4)

(depending on the ToTx, you may need an additional 6-8 kohm resistor)
That's all. When you have found your favorite ToTx, just download it's
PDF and connect the 3 (or 5) pins corrospondingly to the above.
