[vdr] Starting VDR with given channel number

One feature wish (or one more who has not read manuals):

It would be nice to be possible to give a channel number as paramater, when starting vdr. 

And one more (maybe for version 1.2.x / 1.3.x) :

Could it be possible to give combination of plugins as parameter for those plugins you want to start this time. There could be plugins.conf, where all possible plugins are listed. The parameter could be combination of  placements of  plugins wanted to start . First one is "1", second "2", third "4", fourth "8" and so on. If you want first, second and fourth, parameter were "11" (1+2+8).  So it is binary number of placements.
