Hi,

I've ported and enhanced the well-known calendar patch to a plugin for vdr
1.2.x.

Enhancements:
- Its possible now to jump very fast to important times (eg. now,
   at morning, at evening).
- Program switching enabled again (doesn't work in an older version).
- Program details shows info about the selected channel, not the
   current active one.
- Look enhanced.
- Source code simplified.
