This is a c band LNBF.  Cybersat.  I cannot remember the model.  Its is
on my roof and hard to reach.

I am fairly sure that if I change the polarity via voltage the signal I
did receive goes away.  I will try again.

No.  I am fairly sure the LNBF does not do Diseqc.
