[vdr] EPG summertime bug at some channels

With the shift back from summer to winter time scheduled
the coming night, I observed some strange shifts in EPG times
for broadcasts of tomorrow.
The fault seems to be at the specific stations, or bound to
specific transponders, as some others got it right:

Examples (observed via vdradmin0.94 on :
ARD | Sunday, 26.10.2003
17:40 - 18:10 Lindenstrasse [normally 18:40]
19:00 - 19:15 Tagesschau [normally 20:15]

ZDF | Sunday, 26.10.2003
18:00 - 18:10 heute  [normally 19:00]

Pro-7 | Sunday, 26.10.2003
20:16 - 22:26 Die purpurnen Fluesse [correct]

RTL | Sunday, 26.10.2003
17:45 - 18:25 Exclusiv - Weekend [correct]

So, at least take care when you programm any recording
for tomorrow...
