[vdr] ANNOUNCE: graphLCD 0.0.7 Patch V1.0

Hi there!

I've made some changes to the graphLCD plugin:

- the ks0108 driver now uses parport devices (also in showpic)
- some buffer overflows (drawing beyond array size) fixed
- added some more output when a recoding is running
  (you see what is recorded now)
- for ks0108 it's not possible to run showpic when vdr is running
  (which will show the image until vdr has something new to display)
