[vdr] Hardcoded PAL/NTSC settings in VDR

Hello All,

After just reading a previous post by Klaus, it has come to my attention
that there may be certain hardcoded settings in VDR for PAL/NTSC viewing.
One of these settings is contained in recording.h.

Would there happen to be any other possible hardcoded settings I might want
to look at? For example, MAXFRAMESIZE, etc..
