the win-tv nova is a budget card without a mpeg decoder. VDR needs
either a full featured card with mpeg decoder or a separate mpeg decoder
card or one of the software solutions like softdevice. If you have
neither of those, vdr will not work. If you have one of these options,
then you need to look into their installation. Probably a kernel module
for the mpeg decoder card or softdevice is missing.
