I didn't apply the cDVB Tuner patch to 1.3.13 and have one error again:

After heavy Zapping i have the picture from the previous channel and the sound 
of the actual channel (with sound distortions). With the cDVB Tuner patch and 
1.3.12 the error has vanished, now with unpatched vdr 1.3.13 the error is 
back.
Klaus, please consider applying the cDVB Tuner patch to VDR 1.3.14...
