[vdr] OT: Is Swedish P3 Radio available on DVB-C?

Apologies for the very off-topic post, but I'm not sure where else I 
could ask this question.

I know that Sveriges Radio P3 is not available via any DVB-S or DVB-T 
broadcast.  Is there anyone in Sweden who can receive this station via 
DVB-C?

Please reply to me privately, I think I've taken up enough bandwidth 
already.
