New version of the Siemens DVB card driver

The new version 0.8.1 of the Siemens DVB card driver is now available in the DVB download section.

This minor release fixes a lot of bugs and, most importantly, is meant to be used with release 0.7 of VDR which still builds on the old API and should soon be available from Klaus Schmidinger's download page at http://www.cadsoft.de/people/kls/vdr/download.htm.
