Added Technisat Skystar2 driver + various fixes and improvements.
This release includes a backport of the Technisat Skystar2 driver from
dvb-kernel CVS, and various fixes and improvements to some frontend
drivers, the dvb_net driver and the scan utility. See the file

hardware.
