The question that was raised by Dominique was that he would like to to
replace (libsi) the factored out code from ca_zap, with mpsys..

Not implementing all of SI parsing, but only selected areas where it
requires.. Currently ca_zap requires a PAT/PMT parser, that's what libsi
does..
