Great, the patch is working here with:

- linux-2.6.11.6	CVS "HEAD"
- linux-2.6.11.6	CVS "twinhan-exp"
- linux-2.6.12-rc1	no CVS (doesn't compile saa7*)

- linux-2.6.12-rc1-bk5	crashes even without bttv/dvb modules... ;-)
