[linux-dvb] DVB-S Telstar 5

I'll make the second. Over here in NA, there isn't much point in
having a universal LNB unless you can see the Atlantic Ocean region
sats, which a lot of people cannot. It would be nice to have one
setting file somewhere that all dvb programs used for LNB settings.
