[linux-dvb] HOWTO dvb remotes without lirc or vdr

I know that lots of peoples here knows this way to configure remote
to just use it as keyboard-extensions, I just writed down a (temporary)
workaround for distros in which lirc is boring and vdr-plugin is not
so obvious (as my gentoo).

Is written for cinergyT2 but also can be adapted to any remote which codes
are in media/dvb/ttpci/av_7110_ir.c,media/video/cx88/cx88-input.c, or
media/dvb/dibusb/dvb-dibusb-remote.c

Is at early stage and temporary, also should be suitable for any distro
(can't be sure). Requires kernel hacking cause xkb driver supports
only 255 keys (hope in nexts releases...)
