[linux-dvb] RFC: DVB patch for Inkling's pchdtvr

For recording ATSC, Inkling wrote pchdtvr http://www.nop.org/inkling/dtv/
I've been porting it to use DVB API v3, and 
made this patch:

It's a patch for rc9 of pchdtvr:
http://www.nop.org/inkling/dtv/pchdtvr-1.0-rc9.tar.bz2

I noticed that when starting the capture, I get
EOVERFLOW from reading the dvr on the first one or
two reads from the dvr device, even though the 
buffer size is set very large. If you have a chance
to review the patch, any suggestions would be much
appreciated.
