[linux-dvb] 2 Margi questions

Greetings, and sorry for the noob questions. I've read
on this list and 
in the 
drivers that the Margi card works off the
L64021/L64014, and that 
information 
on these chips is NDA restricted.

1) Does anyone know if the NDA restriction still
holds?  I've tried 
contacting 
LSI through their web site with no response so far.
I'm not holding my 
breath;

2) Aside from the LSI chips is information on the
Margi design also 
restricted? 
If not where might one obtain such info?
