The patches which I've posted should be regarded, then, as a temporary
solution; for people who want budget-ci IR remapping *now*, it's good (and
they should be pointed in its direction).
I should be able to do the necessary work on budget-ci, but I'm not in a
position to do av7110-ir properly (the two interfaces should co-exist for a
while, preferably with big warnings whenever /proc/av7110_ir is accessed)
since I don't have suitable hardware here.
