[linux-dvb] Update of dvb-c/fi-vaasaoncable

Hello if someone would update it in the cvs..

The modification  is based  on  the  table  from  VLP  (the company 
delivering oncable)
(http://www.vlp.fi/sve/boxuppgifter.htm)

Perhaps a rename of the file "dvb-c/fi-vaasa-oncable" to "dvb-c/fi-VLP" 
is apropriate, then it follow
the style of the other finnish cable files, but this is just cosmetics.
