Previously the driver wrote 0x101f1c00 to 0x48 on initialisation
(with a "fixme: find some sane values here..."-comment) and 0x001c0000
when starting capture. 

I changed this to 0x00130000, but alas; no change in behaviour. I'm still
losing packets. :(
