I think you have probably i2c conflicts.. Try the same without your 
analog card ..

I think that Oops is related to your analog card rather than the DVB 
card, since have not heard any complaints so far, but that does not mean 
that it is that way either. Just try without your analog card ..

Nope, chances of hardware failure are quite rare at this stage, probably 
it's the same i2c thing ..
