Short reply:
This card works on linux including DVB-T.
You either need to install a very recent kernel 2.6.13-rc
or you need to download a cvs snapshot from the video4linux cvs
If you use the cvs, you will also need to download the files
tda1004x.c and tda1004x.h from the dvb cvs. Both are at linuxtv.org.
