[linux-dvb] [ANNOUNCE] libdvb2 / libsi2

Hi,

This is just a simple announce to acknowledge that the libraries exist
in the the linuxtv.org CVS under dvb-apps/libs.

Johannes and Patrick has suggested some really nice ideas for them!

Andrew and me are activly working on the libraries.

Any suggestions on missing features or bad api framework better come
now, since after some while they are going to grow roots!
