How do you load your drivers? Are they loaded by a script, or does the
kernel autoload the drivers when VDR starts? I use a script and in it
there's a 'sleep 9' line, because that's approximately the time it takes
for the device nodes to be created on my udev system. Maybe your kernel
autoloads the drivers, waits for the device nodes and executes
vdr. Got udev?
