[linux-dvb] No data from dvr0 in 2.6.12

Hi, when testing 2.6.12 I noticed a problem with DVB.
When I do everything as usual (module loading, tuning) there is no stream from 
dvr0. Previously I was using 2.6.11.7 with ck5 pathchset (which has nothing 
to do with dvb).
Has something changed which I should consider when tuning and reading from 
dvr0?
