[linux-dvb] Init-tuning file for scan (CH)

Hi.

This is my first post on this list and I'm a dvb newbie. So I'm going several 
questions in a very near future :).

There's a new initial-tuning-data-file for the scan utility for my cable 
network (Neuchatel, Switzerland).

By the way, for all new dvb-c users in Switzerland, the initial frequencies 
can be found here for all networks:
