It's just a new card revision.

According to http://vdrportal.de/board/thread.php?postid=276932#post276932
there is a BSBE1-502A tuner on the card. This tuner is stv0299-based,
see http://www.linuxtv.org/pipermail/linux-dvb/2005-March/000386.html

First of all you should check whether 13V/18V voltage switching and
22kHz signal generation work. If not you have to find out how the LNBP20
is wired to the GPIOs.

Imho it should not be too difficult to make the driver work if you own
such a card. :-(
