I committed these changes to the CVS on Friday.

Can someone please confirm whether
- 22kHz
- tone-burst
- DiSEqC
are working (or not).

On the vdr mailing list someone reported that DiSEqC didn't work.

@all:
Do the DiSEqC routines in stv0299.c really work?
I can't verify that (no hardware).
