[linux-dvb] confused: dvb qam cable pchdtv3000

I have a pchdtv3000 hooked up to cablevision. I'm using the 
or51132 driver in 2.6.12-rc1

The driver appears to be qam'ified and the firmware has qam 
in its file name!

Is this all I need to view shows off the cable? What about 
digital cable? If so, how? mythtv is having a hard time.

The driver seems to be looking to qam256. I've seen 
references to qam64. Is cablevision qam256? If not, can I 
change the driver?

Anybody have any links for setup on a US cable system?
