[linux-dvb] NAV-ify a VOB file

In order to create a DVD image, dvdauthor requires a special kind of VOB
file, one that has empty VOBU sectors (NAV sectors). If i create the VOB
with mplex, just by using the option "-f 8" the appropriate VOBU sectors
are created.

But what if the VOB file has no empty NAV sectors? (as it is the case
with certain captured MPEG2 files)
Do you know a software that can take an arbitrary VOB file and add to it
empty NAV sectors, to make it compatible with dvdauthor?
