It needs a new filename AND a different file. It is much smaller. Run
the get-dvb-firmware script to fetch it instead.

Those are the correct files to use. My dvb-fe-tda10045.fw here is 30555
bytes and it works ok.
You must also have hotplug installed for firmware uploading to work.
