Now the only changes that I *think* are required are the ones related to
input_dev.  Without them, the /dev/input/eventX do not work in 2.6.15-rc1.  I
pulled patches out of 2.6.14-git8 and posted them a few days ago (although I did
not get a chance to look at the USB and CinergyT2 changes).
