[linux-dvb] cx24123 receives wrong tone

Hi,
the driver (CVS) does not works anymore, and I don't know why.
Card is WinTV Nova-S-Plus
To test I'm using the set22k from dvb-apps/test, kaffeine and mythtv.
set22k sends FE_TONE_ON, which equals according to prinf("%d", 
FE_TONE_ON); zero, but whyever, the driver receives 2.
cx24123_set_tone: CASE reached default with tone=2

Is this broken on my maschine? And is there a possibility to fix it?
