Erk, that's particularly unfortunate.
I don't suppose you can just ask your clients to consult the frequency
tables at
http://www.ofcom.org.uk/static/reception_advice/digital_trans_guide/index.asp-region=show_all.html
Click on the transmitter name to see the offset values.. ?
