Support for the CableStar2 is not in dvb-kernel yet. The stv0297 in 
dvb-kernel is not compatible with the one needed for the CableStar2.

I will try to put a CableStar2 specific stv2097-driver into dvb-kernel CVS 
today, with the hope, that someone with more time and access to DVB-C is 
able to merge both drivers in the future.
