[linux-dvb] How do I "use cx88xx with option card=19" ???

Assuming that Ubuntu behaves the same as Debian here (very likely), you
need to create a new file in /etc/modprobe.d with the line

options cx88 card=19

It doesn't matter what the file is called. I think that's all there is
to it.
