You have cx88-blackbird loaded, but not cx88-dvb. I've heard that this
can be a problem because both drivers are valid (blackbird is for analog
capture?).

You may need to load cx88-dvb manually.

If you are using udev (or devfs) they should be created automatically
when cx88-dvb is loaded.
