[linux-dvb] make clean/make distclean

When I type "make clean" in the v4l-dvb directory, it deletes the .config files.
 I would prefer that "make clean" only removes the intermediate files and keeps
the .config so I do not have to go through the options every time i want to
clean a build.  The kernel deletes the .config when "make distclean" is used, so
perhaps we can follow the same mechanism?  Attached is a patch.
