The changeset from Trent is slated for 2.6.18 inclusion. Mauro may
choose to submit it to Linus for 2.6.17, but I doubt he will, as this
patch is not crucial, and Linus is becoming more and more strict about
only accepting absolutely crucial bug-fixes after the 2-week merge window.
There was a reason why these debug messages were enabled by default. I
don't remember what that reason was, but I am not at all sad to see them
gone. ;-)
