IIRC you can't use under linux a cinergy T2 on an USB 1.1 (12Mbps) bus
because the device is carrying out only the full transport stream (TS)
and you need more BW (24 Mbps in italy) then the available on the USB bus

AFAIK, linux driver should use a firmware (FW) with PID filtering
enabled, like in the windows driver.

don't know if this new firmware/driver will be ever released.

i did remember that this twinhan visiondtv is USB1.1 capable, but
without a very sensible tuner!
